JP, Alex, Victor and team did such an excellent job with my parents mini-split install. From the first consult they were thorough, thoughtful, respectful and so professional and knowledgable. The level of service and quality of work is the highest, they did the entire install which was not straightforward, and then left the place looking better than it did before. The technician showed up and basically nothing could be done until they opened up the drywalls. I've had 5 other companies and tell me diferently. He left his binder. Someone texted and asked if I could leave his binder on the porch which I did. The Technician never picked it up.
