JP, Alex, Victor and team did such an excellent job with my parents mini-split install. From the first consult they were thorough, thoughtful, respectful and so professional and knowledgable. The level of service and quality of work is the highest, they did the entire install which was not straightforward, and then left the place looking better than it did before. They were thoughtful, responsive, and took the time to explain everything to us multiple times. We could not be happier with the finished product, the minisplit looks great, is silent, and very effective at heating and cooling!

So happy I called Elevated Comfort to install my thermostat. First time I've used them after ChatGPT suggested them. My tech was Zach and he was definitely a subject matter expert. He called and texted before he showed up. Very professional and friendly. They will be my go to company anything HVAC.

Zach was a great worker, was quick and answered all the questions I asked with great detailed although I didn’t get anything repaired he explained everything on what needed to be fixed and what it’s gonna cost.

My new HVAC and AC was installed today by a talented group of technicians we're here on time, were very professional, courteous and they worked very hard. I'm looking forward to a more efficient system.

The technician showed up and basically nothing could be done until they opened up the drywalls. I've had 5 other companies and tell me diferently. He left his binder. Someone texted and asked if I could leave his binder on the porch which I did. The Technician never picked it up.

My estimator Ryan came out and did a very thorough examination of my h ac and AC system. He was very professional and I felt he was giving me the right information. When he left I knew that I had had a good visit from a professional technician.

Had our thermostat replaced. Bought just the basic as we wanted. The tech. person Zach didn't try to sell us an upgrade. The final price was very reasonable. Also a couple of years ago they changed the capacitor and fan blower when our unit failed. Very pleased and would recommend them.
