Decided to switch to Elevated Comfort from our previous HVAC company Moore. For some reason Moore just got worse and worse until I couldn't take it anymore. When it came to installing a new HVAC I took a chance and switched to Elevated Comfort. They had a really difficult job of installing a rooftop package that required as 100 ft crane operation. This required special permissions due to the need to close the road for a couple of hours. EV took care of everything which included a load of bureaucracy and street communications. The installation went very smoothly and everything was up and running within half a day. All staff representatives were very polite and professional. So far I am thrilled with their excellent performance. I can highly recommend them.

From trouble shooting, to bid for repair or replace, the team at Elevated Comfort provided detailed choices so I could make an informed decision on needed work. Then Aiden completed the work with efficiency and minimal disruption. Excellent service!

Brandon the technician was on time, professional and I felt gave a fair evaluation of my 20 year old A/C. A good cleaning and a new capacitor and hopefully we are set for a while. System was running, should be running more efficiently now as far as electric costs.

I missed adding a comment to my previous post. Elevated replaced a malfunctioning 25-year-old gas heater with an electric HVAC system. We've had it for a week and it's working as expected. JP, Zach, Sebastian, Jorge, and Daniel were professional in the proposal, planning, installation, and testing. My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you, our comfort has been elevated!

Mike was the man and these folk seem great. Serviced my furnace, explained everything going on clearly, didn't oversell me on anything. Would definitely go back to them when I need a new one.

Scott performed a preventive maintenance and system check on my HVAC system and explained everything in detail about the information I needed to know for the AC and the furnace. He is, in my opinion a top tier person with a lot of knowledge and expertise. After finding no problems he did mention a couple of things I could get done in the future. I had a positive experience from my first phone call to book the appointment, and talking with Scott about my HVAC system upon completion of his check up. As a first time customer this was all at no cost to me. I can call twice a year for a checkup that I pay for or opt in for a monthly contract. (Normal to many HVAC service)

We purchased a Mitsubishi Mini-Split heat pump that Elevated Comfort installed. The entire process was much simpler than we expected. The estimate was competitive; the installation went smoothly; and the techs even disconnected and removed the old furnace. All in all, we could not be happier.

Elevate provided excellent guidance in selecting a heat energy configuration for our home and identifying the best manufacturers to consider. In the end, their pricing and installation were unbeatable as well as their customer support since installation.
