My new HVAC and AC was installed today by a talented group of technicians we're here on time, were very professional, courteous and they worked very hard. I'm looking forward to a more efficient system.

My estimator Ryan came out and did a very thorough examination of my h ac and AC system. He was very professional and I felt he was giving me the right information. When he left I knew that I had had a good visit from a professional technician.

Do not use this company. NIGHTMARE 1. Sold a system that does not connect to the internet, I need to pay 500 to get this upgrade and even then it won’t work with home integration APPs like nest, only Mitsubishi App. 2. The loan company they use - Wells Fargo- took the entire amount of my loan out of my bank account, instead of the monthly payment. They won’t correct it and EC’s only intervention has been to tell me to call the Wells Fargo robot number. 3. The guys who installed the unit hit my mailbox, knocked it off the post, and then just balanced it back on the post and didn’t tell me. Not even honest enough to admit what they had done. 4. The system doesn’t actually cool my house. Their solution is that I pay them 1000s more to have duct work re done and then maybe it will work? Hours of frustrating texts, phone calls and emails and all I have is a dropped credit score and a system that doesn’t work. I dont want anyone else to have to go through this. At this point, no level of service remediation could make up for the stress and horror of this entire experience.

Had our thermostat replaced. Bought just the basic as we wanted. The tech. person Zach didn't try to sell us an upgrade. The final price was very reasonable. Also a couple of years ago they changed the capacitor and fan blower when our unit failed. Very pleased and would recommend them.

We had Elevated Comfort evaluate two aging HVAC units at our HOTWORX studio. They recommended approximately $2,400 in repairs, telling us the work could get the units operating properly. We approved and paid for the repairs, but they produced essentially no improvement—the units still did not work. We were then told that if a unit froze again, someone might need to climb onto the roof and manually start the fan. That was neither safe nor a reasonable solution for our business. Elevated Comfort then offered to credit the $2,400 toward replacing the units, but their replacement quote was nearly $50,000. We obtained two additional professional opinions, and both companies told us the units were too old and deteriorated to justify repairing and should have been recommended for replacement from the beginning. Their replacement quotes were also substantially lower. We ultimately hired North Bay HVAC to replace both units. They did a great job, and we were overwhelmingly happy with their pricing, service, and the final result. This was especially frustrating because HOTWORX is a sauna-based fitness studio, so dependable air conditioning is essential to our operation. We spent $2,400 based on Elevated Comfort’s recommendation and received no meaningful benefit. We have met some very nice people from Elevated Comfort, but based on our experience with the unsuccessful repair, the unsafe temporary suggestion, and pricing that was substantially higher than competing quotes, we cannot recommend them. Get multiple evaluations and written quotes before approving any work.

Andy was absolutely amazing to work with and went above and beyond for us. He was very thorough to explain what was wrong, was able to get out there right away, and helped us with temporary AC units as a temporary fix. We would highly recommend them and use them again!
