Elevated Comfort saved the day! I got a heater installed by the time I came home from work and they all were the nicest and most helpful guys ever.

Elevated comfort came and repaired our heat pump.Their business is responsive and did a great job of troubleshooting, finding the problem for our heat pump, and repairing it.. They've come out two times, once when the air conditioner wasn't working and then this last time when the heat wouldn't go on. We used our home warranty, which covered the repair for the air-conditioning and then later when the heat wouldn't work, they came out and troubleshot it and fixed it without charge. They were efficient, respectful of our home, even put booties on to come in the house. Thank you, elevated comfort! We will continue using them and highly recommend them.

He offered his experience and wisdom rather than try to force an agenda (something I am particularly grateful for) so that I could make an informed decision rather than follow a script. High pressure salespeople make me very uncomfortable and he was NOT like that at all, so thank you. This was for a free estimate on a furnace replacement.

I cannot say enough awesome things about Elevated Comfort. The entire outfit from my initial phone call with the reception staff ladies to the end product with the installation fellas - courteous, polite, professional, honest, and friendly (harder and harder to find these days). JP is the man - he went out of his way and spent hours addressing an issue at our home several months back that was caused by another company’s work. Money was tight, we weren’t ready to replace the unit but JPs efforts gave us a cushion and the time we needed to begin retrofitting our aging systems. Fast forward to today - JP, Aiden, Daniel, Mario, Kevin, Mike and the crew took great care of us. New furnace, coil prep, dual zone, thermostats, new ducting supply lines, an unforeseen water leak, etc. These guys got s*** done professionally and in a timely manner (even with me asking a million questions along the way). They did clean work, were knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and family. A secondary property with tenants have also reported a wonderful experience. We have more work to do but less stressful knowing Elevated Comfort has us covered for all future HVAC/plumbing related endeavors.

Zach did a great job. Gave us some options and we eventually went with replacement. The parts came late so he had to works into the night. But we got our heater working again before it got cold. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Elevated Comfort and Zach who fixed my broken furnace. He is professional, totally knows his stuff and was super nice. Everything was explained clearly and the price was very fair. I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for their maintenance program, which also was a very fair price. The communication was terrific. I knew exactly when the tech was coming and he was on time. I'm so glad I found them. They are a family owned business and I could not be happier to support them with my patronage.

JP, Alex, Victor and team did such an excellent job with my parents mini-split install. From the first consult they were thorough, thoughtful, respectful and so professional and knowledgable. The level of service and quality of work is the highest, they did the entire install which was not straightforward, and then left the place looking better than it did before. They were thoughtful, responsive, and took the time to explain everything to us multiple times. We could not be happier with the finished product, the minisplit looks great, is silent, and very effective at heating and cooling!
