Elevated Comfort is a fantastic company. The employees are terrific...very thoughtful and considerate. Aidan, Kevin and Daniel worked a long day to install A/C in my home. The communication was fantastic all along the way. JP, the estimator, worked with me on the price. He even deducted $598 off the balance because a part of the job was easier than thought. What company does that?!! Do yourself a favor and use Elevated Comfort for your heating and cooling needs.

Elevate Comfort installed my brand new air conditioner a couple of years ago and came out today to do my yearly service. I have the membership so my water heater drain and service for the air conditioner was free. Andy the service man informed me of everything I need to know about the units and was professional and nice. He even cleaned my intake vent for the air conditioner at no cost. I highly recommend Elevate Comfort for their quality service and fair prices.

Andy Wagoner is an excellent representative of Elevated Comfort. They came out within three days for a non emergency repair. He was courteous, efficient and thorough in addressing the issue.

Andy was on time, and ready to to listen to what we wanted looked at. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and suggested the options to fix the HVAC system. Andy came back a week later with the 2 parts needed for the repairs. Andy even went out of his way to fix me of the issues. All is working well now and I am so glad I called Elevated Comfort!
