I missed adding a comment to my previous post. Elevated replaced a malfunctioning 25-year-old gas heater with an electric HVAC system. We've had it for a week and it's working as expected. Scott performed a preventive maintenance and system check on my HVAC system and explained everything in detail about the information I needed to know for the AC and the furnace. He is, in my opinion a top tier person with a lot of knowledge and expertise. After finding no problems he did mention a couple of things I could get done in the future. I had a positive experience from my first phone call to book the appointment, and talking with Scott about my HVAC system upon completion of his check up. As a first time customer this was all at no cost to me. I can call twice a year for a checkup that I pay for or opt in for a monthly contract. (Normal to many HVAC service)
